Welcome to Microland's RMA Request Form. In just a few minutes, you will be able to generate a Return Authorization number (RMA).

If you are looking for IN WARRANTY repair, you MUST include a dated copy of your bill of sale when you ship or drop off your item. Failure to do so will result in significant delays to your repair and possible administration fees.
For dealers looking to return multiple items or have regular volume, please contact us at avrepair@microland.ca for a dealer number to speed up your RMA process.
