Welcome to Microland's Service Request Form. In just a few
minutes, you will be able to generate a service request number (RMA) for your electronics. At the moment we provide RMAs for the following products:
- Laptops or Netbooks
- Desktops
- Home Theatre Equipment (Receivers, DVD Players, etc...)
It does not matter where you bought your equipment from. We will service your equipment using manufacturer's original parts in 5 days or less.*
We will provide you with an estimate of repair costs for your approval, after a
full diagnostic before commencing with repairs.
NOTE: For dealers looking to return multiple items or have regular volume, please contact us at
RMA@microland.ca for a dealer number.
*Assuming parts availability.
